Higher than, older than, louder than.

Example:

  • The plane was flying above the clouds. 
  • The temperature in the street was above 30 degrees. 
  • At prices above £20, nobody will buy it.  
  • If you are above 18, you have to pay the full fare.  
  • I couldn't hear the telephone above the noise of the drills.
